Brompton and David Millar's CHPT3 brand, New collaboration v4 starts selling.

 Brompton, which has been manufacturing in the UK since 1995, has produced about 100,000 bicycles every year. Andrew Ritchie, the inventor of Brompton, created a bicycle system that could be folded into a third and stored. Brompton is a minimal folding bicycle suitable for city streets.

 Brompton continued to work in partnership with *David Millar (initiated cycling clothing brand CHPT3, and Brompton's limited edition CHPT3 (Chapter 3) series now has a new v4.


*David Millar: David Miller (born 4 January 1977) is a Scottish retired cyclist. He played for Cofidis from 1997 to 2004 and Garmin-Sharp from 2008 to 2014. He won four stages in Tour de France, five stages in Vuelta a España, and one stage in Giro d'Italia. And he was also a British road champion and a national time trial champion in 2007. David Miller was suspended for two years after admitting to taking banned performance-enhancing drugs in 2004, and returning from the ban, David Miller became an anti-doping activist and is now the founder of cycling clothing brand CHPT3.


With the motto "Based on fun, practicality, and high performance," Brompton developed the bike with David Millar, owner of CHPT3.


 The Brompton x CHPT3 v4 opted for an external four-speed gear designed to cover all terrain from fast start to flat ground and steep climb, which is well tuned based on David Miller's racing experience to give the bike a wide range of capabilities from fast start to better hill climbing. The CHPT3 logo was engraved on the red splash on the black and gray frame, and the GE1 Evo Slim grip from Ergon was applied, which was also highlighted in red to make it look good. The CHPT3 V4 has no mudguard or front rack.

 Other details include a waterproof frame pouch designed to fit neatly into the triangles of the frame and carry ride essentials, a Schwalbe tire with a Tan wall and a Fizik Terra Argo saddle. Brompton X CHPT3 v4 edition of P-line's total weight of 9.5kg, up to 1.5kg less than the standard model.


 Brompton x CHPT3 v4 edition bike retail prices at $3200 / £2,595. Currently, Brompton Junction stores, online stores, and some authorized retailers around the world have started selling on a first-come, first-served basis.



Conclusion.. 

 The brompton is attractive, and I'm sure it's a really portable bicycle. And, this bike is really pretty, but it's expensive. However, considering that it is a limited edition, it is an attractive bicycle. Also, the combination of the components is well made, so I don't think I need to tune it.
